Everything was above expectations, I have been to this hotel before but now everything has changed for the better, starting with the cleaning of the rooms, the food more than enough and quite varied (less in the fruit category) and ending with the staff who were at the height, present everywhere but at the same time discreet. Yavor (I don't know what his function is) was very attentive to the requirements of the tourists and managed to meet them. A 3 star hotel that I can say was very good.

The hotel is having good location not far a way from the beach. The staff has bern very helpful and really good with the children. Our baby love the boys that we’re serving and helping they interact with him. Domestic team has been asking us if we need something. The food is good for the money we paid there was something for the little ones as well. We have been there already 4years, hopefully we will continue to enjoy our holidays in this hotel.

Very helpful and kind staff. Very good communication via Booking chat. A big room with a very nice view to the Black Sea. Big parking lot. Nice breakfast and dinner. Big pool with numerous sunbeds. Nice garden with a playground for small children.

- green park - relaxing music - terrace with sea view - polite staff and customer oriented - varied food for breakfast, lunch and dinner - alcoholic drinks for all inclusive are really good - one hour per day free ice cream at the hotel (4 to 5 pm) - the hotel offered us free parking in its own backyard - sunbeds near the pool to drink your coffee in the morning (we loved that!) - fridge in the room - nearby beach (you can walk, no car or bus needed)

Breakfast & dinner options were delicious, had variety each day. Location of hotel is really close to the beach & other nearby shops/restaurants. Hotel room was clean & large, cleaners came in each day.

We booked the all inclusive experience, and for the money we paid, I believe it was very good. The food was very good, we had diversity and the quality was ok, not too fancy, but very tasty. The pool big and water was warm, and the air conditioning in the room worked fine. I would go back there if I want a nice stay for a friendly budget.

it's second year we go to this hotel, which is located far away from the center, but closed to nice free beach. the view from the balcony is super nice towards the sea and you can even hear the birds. the food is good and plenty and the staff is helpful

Everything was great ! Food, clean in the room, personal , staff. The beach nearby , only ten minutes from hotel. I am a person with disability and staff was excellent !

The stuff was very friendly, rooms clean, food was slightly variated with each meal and there were planty of things to eat and choose from. Considering the price everything was just right. We liked that the pool was very clean and we had acces to the games room all the time. The distance from the nearest beach was about 800 m, but it was ok. We managed to get there and get back pretty quick. Overall we were very happy with everything the hotel had to offer and we may be considering going again in the future.
